1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Greenroom through ChatGPT or any other app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Greenroom is an informational service provided by DRJ Technologies. It finds live events and compares stored ticket quotes from Prism, a ticket marketplace affiliated with us, and from SeatGeek, StubHub, tickets.com and Ticketmaster. Greenroom does not sell tickets, take payment, reserve seats or complete purchases.

3. Quotes Are Not Live Availability

Quotes are stored observations captured from sellers, each shown with the time it was recorded. A seller may have changed the price, fees, seats or availability since then. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any quote shown.

Some quotes include a link to the seller's own site. If you open one, that seller handles final pricing, fees, checkout, refunds, delivery, fulfillment and any other purchase terms. Prism quotes are shown for comparison and may not include a link.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for automated scraping or data extraction at scale
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or rate limiting mechanisms
• Misrepresent the source or nature of information obtained from the service

5. Limitation of Liability

Greenroom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate quote information, service downtime, or ticket purchase decisions made based on information from our service.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
