Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

DRJ Technologies ("we", "our", "us") provides Greenroom, an app that finds live events and compares stored ticket quotes inside ChatGPT and other apps that connect to it. This Privacy Policy describes what information Greenroom receives, how we use it and who else handles it.

2. Information We Collect

Account and sign-in:You sign in with an admyt account on our sign-in service (auth.admyt.co), which holds the email address and sign-in credentials you register. The app you use, such as ChatGPT, then sends an access token with each request. Greenroom's server checks that token with the sign-in service and does not store it.

Your requests: When you ask for events or tickets, the app sends Greenroom the details of the request, such as search words, city, dates, the event and number of tickets, currency, and seat or price filters. The app handles the rest of your conversation under its own privacy policy; Greenroom does not receive it.

Operational logs:Greenroom's server records the tool used, comparison filters such as the event, quantity, currency and seat preferences, timing, result counts and errors. It does not record your free-text search words or your access token. When a client exceeds the request rate limit, the server records that client's IP address.

We do not collect: Payment information. We do not request your location, and Greenroom does not use or record location information that an app may attach to a request.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To answer your requests with events and ticket quotes
• To check that requests come from signed-in users and to prevent abuse
• To monitor service health and fix problems

4. Data Retention

Greenroom's server keeps no store of your requests. Its operational logs are kept in our hosting infrastructure's logging systems and are used only to run, secure and troubleshoot the service. Access tokens are short-lived and expire, and Greenroom's server does not store them.

5. Who Else Handles Information

Prism:Prism, a ticket marketplace affiliated with us, runs the catalog and comparison service that supplies Greenroom's events and quotes. For each request, Greenroom's server sends Prism the search words, event, number of tickets, currency and filters, and Prism returns matching events or stored quotes. Prism does not receive your account details or access token.

Sellers:Prism stores quotes from its own listings and quotes from SeatGeek, StubHub, tickets.com and Ticketmaster obtained through licensed marketplace APIs. Your requests are not sent to those sellers. If you open a link to a seller's site, that seller's terms and privacy policy apply; the link carries no information about you.

Hosting:Greenroom's server runs on Amazon Web Services. This website and the code of the comparison panel are served by Vercel from admyt.co and widgets.admyt.co, which receive standard web request details such as your IP address and browser type when a page or the panel loads. The panel's fonts load from OpenAI's content network.

Sign-in: Our sign-in service runs the open-source Ory software on our own infrastructure.

6. Data Security

Communication between your app and Greenroom's server is encrypted with TLS, and the access token on every request is checked before the request is answered.
