Ticket Search ("we", "our", "us") provides an event and ticket search service accessible through ChatGPT via the OpenAI Apps SDK. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Authentication data: When you connect to Ticket Search through ChatGPT, we receive an OAuth access token from Auth0. This token identifies your session but does not contain personal information beyond what you provide during login (e.g., email address).

Search queries: We process your event and ticket search queries to return results. We log queries for operational monitoring and do not sell or share this data with third parties.

We do not collect: Payment information, precise location data, or information from your ChatGPT conversations beyond the tool calls made to our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and return event and ticket search results
• To monitor service health and debug issues
• To improve the quality and relevance of search results

4. Data Retention

Search query logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes and then deleted. Authentication tokens expire after 1 hour and are not stored.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Auth0 for authentication and source ticket data from third-party marketplaces (SeatGeek, StubHub, Ticketmaster, and others). Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Security

All communication with our service is encrypted via TLS. Access tokens are validated on every request using industry-standard JWT verification.
